Personalized Yoga Session

Service Description

As an esoteric yoga instructor trained in cosmic energies, these classes are not just about posture but what each posture allows within the microcosm of your being. We start out with a 15-minute body warm-up that gets you into your body. We then have a one-hour yoga session that emphasizes our connection from the Macrocosim of the infinite, to the Microcosm of your body. I teach you how to run energies of the Macro and Micro within your inner universe (cosmic and earth) while being in each posture. The last 15 minutes are in Shavasana where we create a deep relaxation within our being to integrate our session while in a sort of Yoga Nidra. Each class session is unique to you and your own capacities, changing every session, yet follows a specific warm-up and cool-down.
